The Shayar of har ek pal

How do I even begin? Ne Singham dhan Thala. The Journey of Pal Do Pal Ka Shayar 🐐

In the vast realm of cricket, where legends are born and stories are written, there emerges a name that resonates with greatness and resilience – Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Fondly known as “Captain Cool,” Dhoni has left an indelible mark on the cricketing world. His journey from a small-town boy to the charismatic leader of the Indian cricket team is nothing short of extraordinary. Dhoni’s unwavering determination, humble demeanor, and remarkable leadership qualities have not only made him a sporting icon but also a source of inspiration for millions worldwide. From Ticket Collector to Trophy Collector.

2023 (2+0+2+3=7)

May 29th (2-9=7)

GT scored 214 (2+1+4=7)

Gill out in 7th over

second innings 3 balls 4 runs (3+4=7)

Jadu finished at 1:33 AM (1+3+3=7)

Looks like 2023 is the Fairy tale year For MSD

The lightning stump of Gill in the final of CSK vs GT dismisses him at a speed of 0.12sec is still running in my mind.

The only time in history we saw it. A LION CRYING LIVE 🦁

We might be an impatient generation, but we waited through the entire year only to see MS Dhoni play cricket on the field. We’re a nation divided on everything possible, but when Dhoni or Kohli hit a six, we all become one-from the dhaba in Ranchi to the newsroom in Chennai. I hope that we get to see Mahi play again. Being a fan of CSK for Dhoni to being a fan of each and every player in the team, we fans had come a long way. we have learned to accept the glory of success and the distress of failure with every match. when you lifted the trophy for 5th time a month ago. My heart was drenched with euphoric emotions and pride, the game was more challenging as you were also forced to face the disadvantageous climate. my heart was beating out of our chest and we all were extremely nervous. but when you lifted the trophy, all the worries were worth it. it was such an emotional moment even for the people who supported other teams.

13 Most quotes by Dhoni which I’m heavily influenced by[2]

1. “I’m on National Duty. Everything else can wait.” – When Ziva was born before the start of the ODI World Cup 2015, Dhoni answered whether he had any plans of flying back home and seeing his daughter.

2. “Me & my boys, we’ve proved you wrong” – To Ravi Shastri, after defeating Australia in the 2007 T20 WC semi-final

3. “I have three dogs at home. Even after losing a series or winning a series, they treat me the same way.”

4. “You don’t play for the crowd, You Play For the Country.”

5. “When You die, You die. You don’t see which is the better way to die.”

6. “From when I was a young boy, I read books on weapons and tanks and combat. I was so interested in the army” – Talking about his love affair with the Indian army.

7. “If you are not 100 percent fit and not at your best [and still play], it’s cheating.”

8. “I want people to remember me as a Good Person, Not as a Good Cricketer.”

9. “It’s not about me being there in the top three or four. It’s about making a strong core to ensure the franchise doesn’t suffer,”- on being asked whether he should bat up the order for CSK.

10. “I am touched by the admiration and ovation I receive from CSK fans, which will always remain close to my heart.”

11. “You learn a lot more when you’re going through a rough period compared to the good times when everything goes your way.”

12. “I have always believed that the process is more important than results.”

13. “God is not coming to save you. You have to fight it out. We are the No 1 ranked team, let’s play like that” – while giving a pep talk to the team in the Champions Trophy 2013 final

  • Dinesh Karthik:-Dhoni’s fandom is like second to none! There’s no doubt about it! You can feel the difference whenever he walks on the ground & there will be a thunderous response from the crowd similar to the response of #Beast’s #ThalapathyVijay.

Captains who have won the ODI WC-10

Captains who have won the T20 WC-5

Captains who have won the CT-8

Captains who have won the IPL-7

Captains who have won them all: 1-MS Dhoni 2-End of the list

You are the reason behind millions of smiles, you have been the reason why millions have not stopped dreaming. Whenever you walk on the field you are the reason behind millions of hope and assurance. It was not only you who played cricket.. but even the billions out there. 7th July and jersey no. 7 are inscribed in our minds with a lot of emotions.

“YOU ARE THE TAJ MAHAL OF INDIAN CRICKET TEAM AND WILL BE A REFERENCE POINT FOR ETERNITY”.

I cannot inherit your supernatural batting abilities. The helicopter shot or even the towering sixes over long-on/off, I just wished I could possess some of your coolness and unbelievable decision-making abilities. To give the final over of the 2007 T20 final to Joginder Sharma, or to promote yourself ahead of the inform Yuvraj Singh in the 2011 final, defines class and boldness.

Happy birthday @msdhoni #dhoni #42birthday #MSDhoni pic.twitter.com/ehw3NYJkOy

And the greatest lie ever told by MSD was “Kal koi aayega mere tarase acha khelega”

2005 – HS by a keeper 💟
2006 – No.1 batsman💯❣️
2007 – Khel Ratna 💥🔥
2008 – Player of the Year🤍
2009- POY, PADMA SHRI 💓
2011- LtColonel, H Doctorate,💫
2012- Successful IND captain💯
2013- ICC People’s choice award💗
2016- Biopic ❤️
2018- Padmabhushan ✨
2019 – Dhoni Pavilion🔥
You’ve always made well-thought-out decisions with the best interest of Indian cricket in your mind. When it comes to ‘Captain Cool’, we need to read between the lines and understand the implications. you indicated that you wouldn’t want to be a liability to the team by blocking the position of wicketkeeping for a promising youngster. From a timid lad hailing from Jharkhand to becoming one of the most successful captains, your journey has not been a cakewalk. From trying to please your father by working in Indian Railways to finally chasing your dreams, you are a true role model.

NO 7 IS JUST A NUMBER UNTIL DHONI WAS BORN💎

You are the Bahubali of Indian cricket who stood as the gutsy warrior when many failed. And The CEO of Finishing Games. I loved it when you said “The reason why people love me is because people tend to connect with my unorthodox style of playing the game. Most of you would have played Cricket at some point in time. The reason why people connect with me is because the way I play Cricket is the way they play Cricket. It’s not like Sachin Tendulkar playing Cricket where you see him and you’re like – ‘I can’t play like that’. They see me and they are like, ‘Aise to hum bhi khelte hain‘ (this is how we play as well). He (Dhoni) doesn’t have an orthodox way of playing, he’s somebody who hits the ball everywhere and has a lot of fun on the field. So, I think that’s what my greatest strength has been. It’s not about being a legend,”

In other words, not following any classical style and playing in your own style. which is what bruce lee did in his era. Quoting bruce lee “To be bound by traditional martial art styles or styles is the way of the mindless, enslaved martial artist. But to be inspired by traditional martial art and to achieve further heights is the way of genius.” to which he stood out as an individual. and so does Dhoni in Cricket. Be it his Helicopter shot, Lightning stumps, DRS calls the man who changed the trend of Cricket. The artist and the Character we love the most.

When you freely express yourself, you are the total style.~Bruce Lee

IF ANYONE ASKS YOU WHAT HAS MSD❣️ ACHIEVED –
WHEN HE BECAME RUN OUT FOR THE FIRST TIME, HE CRIED ALONE.
WHEN HE BECAME RUN OUT FOR THE LAST TIME, THERE WERE MILLIONS CRYING WITH HIM 😭❣️

This picture remains me of the lyrics of a famous song “When I get older I will be stronger They’ll call me freedom just like a wavin’ flag”

A man at the age of 42 giving tough competition to youngsters in running between the wickets, hitting out-of-the-park sixes Stumping with lightning speed being the Ageless athlete. and no wonder why speed is measured in M/s. Not 3G, 4G,5G it’s only DHONI JI.

The incident happened during the 2014 World Cup Semi-final against South Africa, where the Indian side required six runs in 9 balls with Virat and Dhoni on the crease. Virat smashed four on the 4th ball of the 19th and managed to get a single on the next shot, which brought MS Dhoni on strike. However, MSD just defended the ball and asked Virat Kohli to smash the winning run, which was loved by the crowd. Under MS Dhoni’s vision, India has lifted many trophies so far owing to his experience and skills. Everyone has noticed that whenever India wins the series, he hands out the cup to the youngsters and stands in the corner in the winning photo.[5] This incident shows how selfless he is in terms of cricket. and recently when he won the 5th IPL title as captain. he made sure that Rayadu and Jadeja Lift the Trophy. This proves how selfless he is and no wonder why he’s admired by billions.
Dhoni started his career as TC (Ticket collector) and he’s still a TC (Trophy collector).
From facing the burning posters in 2007 to becoming the most loved personality after Modi. Your journey has come a long way. The way you overcome all the hardships inspires me a lot.

Here's the MSD Birthday Mashup 7️⃣#HappyBirthdayDhoni

MSD ICON OF WORLD CRICKET pic.twitter.com/f0sosMQNTF

— Manoj Maddy (@edits_manoj) July 6, 2023

Apart from all his achievements, Dhoni was not only cool and calm on the pitch but also in real life before getting the fame and even after getting the fame. I have hardly seen him replying or reacting to anyone in a bad way, even though even his former teammates don’t miss a chance to blame him. He came, did his work, and left. That’s what we all should do.
Focus on yourself not on what others are saying. From ticket collector to winning 2 World Cups, a Champions Trophy, an IPL trophy, a champions league trophy, and several other cups for the country.
Yes he didn’t single-handedly do it but the leader always takes some extra praise, bcoz when things don’t work out, the leader is the one who takes extra blame as well. We all try to look for excuses in our life, don’t we? When something goes wrong, we are the ones to blame others, but hardly we blame ourselves. We Blame our parents, our school, our college, the whole system, and then at the end we just rub our failures on our destiny/luck, saying Meri kismat hi kharab h ya life is hard on me, etc.

The one who defies all the above is the one that shines the brightest.
Don’t know about other countries, but in India, if a common chai Wala becomes PM, a common taxi driver Shinde became CM, a common boy APJ Abdul Kalam becomes president of India, A common bus conductor Rajnikant became the biggest star, Pravin tambe debuted at the age of 41, A common ticket collector goes on to become best Indian captain winning possibly every trophy he has played in. Even DK with all his miseries in his life always wanted to achieve more and more and hardly ever complained.
Then what is stopping us to achieve our goal?
We just stop our grind once we achieve something little and are happy in it and forget about our real dreams. Dhoni didn’t just stop on railway duties, he worked hard side by side to continue his dream. We all need to ask ourselves one question ” Hum soch rahe the ki hum kr kya rahe hei”
The moral of the story is – Stop blaming others for failures, work hard, prove your worth, and success will follow.
Nobody is different, the laws of the universe work in the same way for everyone, it’s just that others want it more and they achieve it. We are just stuck in a blame game and lose our focus whenever things go out of control.

“Only for a fraction of a second and Dhoni, like lightning, had those bails off.”

You made us dominant. You gave us what we most craved. The only captain to win the 3 ICC trophies. Today on the occasion of your 42nd Birthday, I tune into my phone to watch the highlights of the world cup final and hear it one more time, “Dhoni finishes off in style, India wins the World Cup after 28 years”.

Today is a lot more than just a day. With social media flooded with stories, posts, reels, threads, mashups, and tweets full of MSD, here’s me wishing a very Happy Birthday to you and a great life ahead ❣️💕💫

Let me end the article with 2  best quotes from MSD, “If you don’t really have a dream, you can’t really push yourself; you don’t really know what the target is”. “When you are expected to be strong and looked at as a strong individual people forget to ask how are you doing?”.

The MAN the MYTH the LEGEND. The Greatest there was, The Greatest there is, and The Greatest There will be. Happy Birthday, LEGEND. Ne Singham Dhan.

Yours,

One of your Billion Fans!
